Recommended to apply on top of eye base, shadows etc for best results and full powerful adhesive.
Directions For Use
1. Glide your applicator along your lash line as usual to create the smoothest ever application.
2. Allow 30-60 seconds for the formula to become tacky before applying lashes.
3. Re-apply eyeliner on the inner and outer corner of lash band for maximum lash hold to prevent lifting.
4. Replace the cap after use & store vertically with applicator side sitting up to prevent any leakage.
